Racehorse Symboli Rudolf dies

Okabe, at 56 the oldest active JRA jockey, debuted in 1967 and quickly stole the limelight with 54 victories the following year. ''I'm no longer able to move my body the way I want to when I'm racing,'' Okabe said.
